Owners are required to register their unit for HOA approval of Short Term Rentals (STR). Once approved, the HOA will provide a “Lakeside Rules” sign which must be displayed on the backside of the front door of each unit. Please contact maintenance in order to pick up the sign. You will be notified if updated/new signs come available.
