The clubhouse is available to rent for personal gatherings by Owners/Guests. The clubhouse includes a kitchen, gathering space, lounge area and restrooms. Please note that rental of the clubhouse does not include the pool or pool area.

Rental fee for Guests $20/hour
Security Deposit is $250
